The site isn’t loading, what should I do?
So you’ve scanned your unique QR code at the time of purchase, and the site isn’t loading? Well, there a few things you can try. First, check your device is properly connected to the internet. If you are connected to WIFI, try disconnecting and reloading the site on 4/5G or loading a different webpage to make sure your internet connection is stable. If internet connection isn’t the issue, try clearing the browsing history on your device and open the promotional page in a new tab, preferably a new private tab or new browser. This will ensure there are no other conflicting browser settings interrupting the promotion.
What are you doing with my data?
We collect it so we can stay in touch with you after the promotion with any news or offers. You can opt-out at any time though.
How do I enter the promotion?
Purchase any XXXX product on tap, to share, from any venue displaying advertising for this Promotion. Entrants will receive a game card with a unique QR code at the time of purchase. Scan the unique QR code on the game card, follow the prompts to the Promotion entry page; and fully complete and submit the online entry form with their personal details (first name, last name, date of birth, email address, post code and mobile number). Participate in the XXXX Summer ‘altered reality experience game’. When asked, grant access to your camera then point the camera at your glass of beer. Tap to scan your beer and watch the XXXXs reveal a 4-letter word. Follow instructions on the screen if you have won a prize.

How do I find out if I’m a winner?
The instant win prize winners will be notified on screen upon entry form submission, subject to verification. Instant win prize winners will reveal a 4-letter word (BEER, CASH, EATS, SWIM or FUEL) that will correlate to the type of instant prize won.
How do I receive my prize?
Vault-Pays Enabled Mastercards will be sent out to your phone via SMS.
Budgy Smuggler giftcards will be sent out to your email address.
Are there any special conditions to my prize?

Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard are not included. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard must be activated within 2 months of issue and is valid for 12 months after activation. At expiry of the Digital Vault Pays-enabled Mastercard any unused balance will be forfeited. Eligible Customers will not receive notice prior to expiry. Card expiry and balance can be found on your mobile device in the Vault Payments app. The digital Vault Pays-enabled Prepaid Mastercard is issued by EML Payment Solutions Limited (ABN 30 131 436 532) AFSL 404131 pursuant to license by Mastercard. Budgy Smuggler Gift Card Conditions:
Any ancillary costs associated with redeeming the gift card are not included. Any unused balance of the gift card will not be awarded as cash. Redemption of the gift card is subject to any terms and conditions of the issuer including those specified on the gift card.
The voucher is valid for 3 years from the date of supply. The voucher cannot be used on shipping costs.
